Abilitatea de a controla un cal asemenea propriului corp induce încredere în sine, responsabilitate şi spirit de echipă.  Printre beneficiile fizice aduse prin echitatie se enumera: îmbunătăţirea echilibrului, fortificarea musculaturii, îmbunătăţirea coordonării, reflexe mai rapide şi îmbunătăţirea planificării motrice, întinderea muschilor încordaţi sau spastici, îmbunătăţirea respiraţiei şi a circulaţiei, îmbunătăţirea apetitului şi digestiei. In prezent detinem aproximativ 16 cai, toti educati in manej si adaptati plimbarilor calare in natura. Rasele din cadrul centrului de echitatie sunt urmatoarele: pur-sange arab, shagya arab, frizian, lipitan, cal de sport romanesc, semigreu romanesc, cei din urma fiind considerati ideali activitatii cu incepatori. Initierea calaretilor se face in manejul exterior, acesta fiind construit din materiale de inalta calitate pentru ca lectiile sa se desfasoare in conditii de confort si siguranta.
