We are proud that the vast majority of our ingredients come from within a 100-kilometer radius: fresh vegetables and cheeses from local farmers, lamb and beef from carefully chosen farms, fresh fish, wild mushrooms, homemade bread, honey, cold-pressed oils and seasonal specialties from the producers around us. This is not a tagline. It is a daily choice. Our menu includes the classics loved by our guests, more distinctive dishes and a premium selection. Skanzen is the result of the rescue of 15 old farm houses. We operate as an accommodation and event venue. It is an ideal venue for weddings, camps and corporate events.  We can provide accommodation and catering for 150 people. Szilágyi Hotel is more than 100 years old and it is the oldest restaurant/hotel in Gheorgheni / Gyergyószentmiklós. The hotel located in the centre of the town, in addition to the comfortable accommodation conditions, has at its guests' disposal a restaurant, too. The hotel has four double rooms, four rooms with two beds, two rooms with three beds and one room with four beds and each room has a bathroom.
