Traditional Szekler product
In 2014 the company established a craftsmanship brewery in cooperation with the skilled local brewers and specialists in food-engineering from Sapientia University of Transylvania of Miercurea Ciuc. The brewery produces two premium quality beers, the ‘Csíki sör’ and ‘Székely sör’. The alcoholic content of both beers is of 6%. The company uses exclusively natural primary materials, malt obtained from malting barley, hop and water. The water used for production is procured from the local wells of Sânsimion/Szentsimon.
The company got its right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for both products in 2014.
