Leave the modern world behind as you board a traditional horse-drawn sleigh for a journey through untouched winter landscapes. This experience is designed for those who appreciate the raw, authentic beauty of nature and the simple joy of a meal shared over an open flame. • The Journey: Guided by powerful draft horses, you’ll glide through snow-dusted forests where the only sounds are the horses' breath and the soft crunch of the sleigh runners. The tour last for 3-4 hours. • The Fire-Roasted Feast: Your destination is a secluded clearing where a roaring bonfire awaits. This is a true gastronomic retreat. You’ll grill savory local sausages and thick, smoky bacon directly over the fire, watching as they sizzle to perfection. • The Artisan Pairings: Complement your rustic meal with freshly baked artisan bread, thick slices of crisp onion, and traditional condiments that bring out the deep, smoky flavors of the meat. • The Atmosphere: Between bites, wrap your hands around a mug of hot spiced wine or forest tea. The combination of the cold mountain air, the intense heat of the fire, and the hearty, traditional fare creates a sensory memory that stays with you long after the snow melts. This isn’t just a lunch; it’s an invitation to reconnect with the old ways of the mountain. Rules • The tour starts with a minimum of 6 adult participants • If the snow conditions are poor, the tour is made with horse pulled wagons.  • If till the date the minimum number of participants is not met, we can reschedule or pay back 100%.  Prices • price per adult: 32 EUR • price per children: 15 EUR. specialty coffee - sourdough - ferments What is our purpose? To create a place where quality isn’t a luxury, but a baseline. Where there’s a face behind sourdough bread, a story behind the coffee and ferments, and values behind the food. Where the guest isn’t just a consumer, but part of the community. We envisioned a space where the city’s consciously living crowd feels at home. Where you don’t just ask for a coffee—you also get conversation, community, and inspiration. Workshops, talks, local producers, and of course a stable, self-sustaining way of operating. MiMi doesn’t rush—it pauses. In three words: quality, mindfulness, trust. And who are we for? Anyone who chooses consciously—in food, in pace, in lifestyle. This is MiMi. A new rhythm. The taste of a slower life.

Visitors can step into the realm of pure flavors and authentic traditions at the ”Bunătățile Băciței” Local Gastronomic Point, right in the heart of Sărmaș! This is not just an eatery, it is described as a journey into the soul of Transylvanian shepherd cuisine, where the gift of nature meets meticulously preserved recipes. Here, every bite is said to bring back the taste of childhood, proving that the most memorable experiences are born from the simplest ingredients. The cornerstone of the kitchen is lamb meat, which is used to prepare unforgettable dishes, carefully spiced and following local traditions. Special attention is also paid to the treasures of the forest: fresh, carefully selected wild mushrooms from the surrounding woods—Boletus, Honey Fungus, and Chanterelles —enrich the menu, cleaned with care and transformed into delicious meals. The deepest flavor experience is offered by the rustic potatoes baked in embers, whose smoky aroma evokes the genuine, original shepherd fires. To complement these, the establishment offers its artisanal sourdough bread (pita), prepared using traditional methods, its taste carrying the warmth of a grandmother's kitchen. ”Bunătățile Băciței” Local Gastronomic Point  is presented as the meeting point for the delicacies of the past, present, and future. Through this, the tradition is carried on, paying tribute to the ancestors. Reservations require prior booking by phone.  The menu is arranged in advance, based on prior consultation!
