Easter Pastries – Workshop with Barbi Gedő

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Get ready for Easter with Taste of Transylvania and bake festive treats with us! We’ll show you how to make rich, flavorful bejgli, soft babka, and delicate linzer cookies. Of course, you’ll receive all the recipes too. You can take home a generous selection for your family and feel fully prepared for your Easter baking.

  • chocolate babka
  • linzer cookies

You’ll learn the techniques and processes, and at the end you’ll go home with plenty of delicious pastries!

LOCATION & DATE
The five-hour workshop will take place on March 21 (Saturday), from 10:00 to 15:00. Everyone is welcome, no prior kitchen experience is needed.
Location: Taste of Transylvania Gastro Academy, Odorheiu Secuiesc (15 Templom Street, at Páva Kert restaurant).

REGISTRATION
Participation fee: 400 RON/person, which includes the full five-hour workshop, all necessary ingredients, and the pastries you prepare (walnut and poppy seed bejgli, chocolate babka, linzer), which you can take home along with the recipes.
