Smoke and Salt - Szekler Bacon Tasting

The event serves as a professional guideline for producers while also functioning as a community gathering for lovers of traditional flavors. Thanks to the Association of Szekler Economic Organizations (SZGE), the two-day event attracts large crowds to the pedestrian street of Harghita County’s capital.

 The event is held every year between March and April.
