About

As the very first pizzeria in Gheorgheni, we have been passionately preserving the love for authentic Italian flavors for 30 years! To this day, our pizzas are crafted in a traditional wood-fired oven and baked to golden perfection—during the roughly 20-minute baking process, the crust turns delightfully crispy while the toppings stay rich and flavorful.

Beyond our wood-fired pizzas, we welcome you with a diverse menu featuring warming soups, satisfying main dishes, fresh pasta, crisp salads, and tempting desserts to ensure everyone finds their favorite. Visit us and take a bite out of a three-decade-old tradition!

Faló Restaurant awaits its guests in the heart of Borsec, where traditional Transylvanian flavors meet modern cuisine. It is essential for us to welcome our guests with delicious, home-style dishes made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. In our kitchen, great emphasis is placed on local gastronomy and respect for tradition, while we also love to surprise our guests with new flavors and creative presentation. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who enters our doors takes away not just a delicious meal, but also a memorable experience and a true taste of Transylvanian hospitality. Faló Restaurant – where, alongside rich flavors, hospitality is always served.
