Hargita Outdoor was founded by a group of friends who are enthusiastic about sports in nature and have a strong local knowledge of the mountains and wildlife in the Hargita Region. Our vision is to promote the importance of preserving one of the largest untouched forests in Europe - our common natural heritage - while riding, biking or walking through it in an environmentally friendly, active way. Let it be skis, snowshoes, mountain bikes or hiking boots, we’ll guide you through breathtaking places while you can learn about this amazing habitat.  Ski and snowboard instruction Skiing/snowboarding is a complex form of movement. With qualified help you can save a lot of time and energy during the learning process. Our instructors help you master the basics of skiing/snowboarding, correct your technique or develope your knowledge, while you are having a great time. Our main working point is the Harghita Madaras, but we are open to arrange courses in the surroundings, as well. Feel free to contact our qualified instructors!

Be a part of the game in real life with the “Adventure Expert”. Real life, real situations, real participants and real emotions. But the laser gun does not cause injury (the principle of operation is similar to the remote control of a TV, it is not a laser, it works in the infrared range, it is absolutely safe, even children can play it) can be programmed for environmentally friendly multiplayer types. Gather a team of 6 people, create your strategy and start playing. This type of holiday is great for families, friendly companies and teams of workers (as a team building). The game is not associated with age, does not have a harmful effect on the human body, does not require special protective clothing, does not need a protective mask, is absolutely safe. In a laser war, quick thinking and decision making make a person a good player. At the end of the game, analytics is performed using data recorded on devices. Number of people: from 6 to 20 people. Time Trap Escape Room is the first escape room in Harghita county, an adventure activity with a unique scenario, where a team is locked in a space specifically designed with this purpose. We are waiting for you to enter in the world of this live logic game, where you will need observational skills, creativity and logical thinking in order to find the exit code. The essence of the game is to combine the adventure experience with puzzle solving skills. There is no need for lexical knowledge, but creativity and cooperation are needed. The game provides a new experience that brings together families, friends and colleagues. There are no scary scenes or adult content, so families with kids are also welcomed. A real team adventure is waiting for you: The game is ideal for team building, bachelor parties and birthdays. In our escape room 2–6 people can comfortably play together, the playing time is 60 minutes. Come to play with us, bring your friends, colleagues or family and experience the excitement of escaping! The Siberian Husky is a mid-sized, dense-coat working dog breed originated in North-Eastern Siberia.  It's easily recognisable due to its odourless thick fur and the triangular ears, usually grey or silver coloured. Its body is fairly dense. According to its initial purpose, they are quite exceptional while under harness with light load at moderate speeds, they can travel long distances. Their eyes give the impression of them being quite friendly and they are indeed a great company; their breeders greatly appreciate them. At the moment, our Husky team is made out of 46 dogs and with their help we're wandering throughout the day, mostly in the Harghita mountains. During these tours, not only we have the chance to experience the snowy mountains, but we also get to experience the flock, their behaviour and daily routine. Dogsledding tours in the Harghita Mountains! We offer three sledding options:   Short tours: Group sledding over a 2 km easy trail, seated in the sled or standing in front of the musher, with a draught of 8-10 dogs, approx. 15 minutes. Price: • € 30/person up to 39 kg • € 40/person, from 40 to 79 kg • € 50/person, from 80 to 99 kg • € 60/person, from 100 to 119 kg • € 80/person, over 120 kg  (under unsuitable snow conditions, i.e. warm weather, soft snow, we are not able to offer sledding for overweight persons) (Suitable for groups of 10 or more) Medium length tours:  Group sledding over an 8-10km moderate trail, seated in the sled or standing in front of the musher, with a draught of 8-10 dogs, approx. 90 minutes. Price: • € 130/person up to 39 kg • € 160/person, from 40 to 79 kg • € 180/person, from 80 to 99 kg • € 200/person, from 100 to 119 kg • € 250/person, over 120 kg  (under unsuitable snow conditions, i.e. warm weather, soft snow, we are not able to offer sledding for overweight persons) (Suitable for groups of 2 or more) Long tours: Sledding over a 20-25km difficult trail with a draught of 8-10 dogs, full day experience, lunch included. A bobsleigh track, set up in Lunca de Sus commune, has become, in a very short time, an attraction for the tourists visiting the Ghimeş area or for the adrenaline lovers who come here to experience this sensation. Besides the adrenaline, tourists can enjoy a beautiful landscape, which many compare with those seen in Austria or Switzerland. 

The expedition starts from the village of Sub Cetate, Deság street, near the bridge over Târnava Mare, from the Deságtravel guesthouse. The river in this area is quite sluggish, perfect for practice the theoretical training. After the start, the valley narrows gradually and the river becomes a real mountain river. Here we do not miss sightseeing or adventures and the participants are not subject to any dangers. The hard parts of the journey alternate with the easier ones, the program culminating in a mini cascade. After a thrilling trip we will reach the village of Zetea (Tófalu) where our rafting expedition ends. The rafting expedition is led by experienced instructors  The degree of difficulty: WW1 (easy) - WW2 (medium) is also recommended for beginners.  Location: Târnava Mare river, from Sub Cetate (Deság) - Zetea (Tófalu)  Program duration (Together with theoretical instruction): 2-2.5 hours  Maximum capacity: 11 people + 4 children (8-12 years)  Route length: 6-7 km.
