Special attention is also paid to the treasures of the forest: fresh, carefully selected wild mushrooms from the surrounding woods—Boletus, Honey Fungus, and Chanterelles —enrich the menu, cleaned with care and transformed into delicious meals. The deepest flavor experience is offered by the rustic potatoes baked in embers, whose smoky aroma evokes the genuine, original shepherd fires. To complement these, the establishment offers its artisanal sourdough bread (pita), prepared using traditional methods, its taste carrying the warmth of a grandmother's kitchen.
