Being a waiter means more than taking orders and bringing them to the table. The waiter communicates, solves problems, and in many cases is the main face of the restaurant, one of the most important people a guest will judge the place by. In our two-day training course, we'll take you into all areas of the profession, so you'll learn a wealth of useful information, from the correct forms of service to persuading guests to the world of wine.
