As of now you can get your tickets for the second Taste of Transylvania culinary festival, set to take place between 14-17 September! Currently you can get early bird tickets at a special price and these are valid through the whole festival weekend. This year 22 vendors and 40 speakers will be waiting for you at the fabulous Skanzen in Gyimes! We will soon be announcing the list of vendors, speakers and accommodation options.
The Taste of Transylvania Food Festival represents the culmination of a dream shared by committed chefs, restaurateurs and local producers. Together, we aim to write a new chapter in the food culture of Transylvania. Together, we have begun a journey of rediscovering our culinary traditions, skills and our disappearing heritage; we want to put back this special, hidden region on the international culinary map as a new, yet timeless food destination.
