BORN SERVANTS

The story of the Fülöp brothers begins in 1999 when Levente and Csaba find themselves in the fate of servant children. Their parents were alcoholics, and seven of their siblings were sent to an orphanage, but the two of them became "free" in their master's house. Attila Moharos film tells a 25-year journey full of struggles and dreams through the lens of Levente's fate, followed by that of his brother Csaba. The action of Born Servants takes place in the Salt Land but could happen anywhere in the world. It is a story of struggle, hope, and faith, illustrated through the examples of young individuals whose fates, although full of hope, are constantly threatened by failure.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with the film's director, Attila Moharos.
