Program details:
The horse-drawn carriage ride program lasts 3-4 hours and includes mulled wine, tea, and homemade plum brandy at your discretion. Participants can sign up at the time of booking for either December 31st at 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM, or on January 1st at 1:00 PM. We recommend suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor activities.
All customers have free access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and mini fitness room. Any other spa therapies are at an additional cost and require prior booking at phone number 0266 335 406.
All programs will comply with the conditions required by law at the time of the event.

- 2.940 RON/ person in a double room with table in Mihai Eminescu Hall
- 2.760 RON/ person in a double room with table in the Restaurant O3zone
- Single room supplement: 360 RON / person/ stay
- Apartment supplement: 540 RON / apartment/ stay
Children rates:
- Children under the age of 2 years are free of charge with no guaranteed place at festive meals and no extra bed.
- For children aged 2-6 years with a seat at the festive meals and children's menu, without extra bed, the rate is 870 RON/stay in Mihai Eminescu Hall and 570 RON/stay in O3zone Restaurant.
- For children aged 6-14 with a seat at the festive meals and a children's menu, extra bed, the price is 1.740 lei/stay in Mihai Eminescu hall and 1.500 lei/stay in Restaurant O3zone.
- For children aged 14-16 with full menu, extra bed, the price is 2.640 lei/stay in Mihai Eminescu room and 2.430 lei/stay in O3zone Restaurant.
Reservation and cancellation policy:
To finalize your reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of placing the order. Payment can be made by card through the EuPlătesc.ro application or by bank transfer.
Tourists can cancel their reservation for personal reasons without penalty until at least 10 days before the start date of their stay. In this case, or if national regulations do not allow the event to take place, the paid deposit can be used to purchase a stay at another time.
In the event of cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit will be considered as compensation and will be retained by the hotel (it will not be refunded and cannot be used elsewhere).
