Lăzarea Cabbage Festival

Program:
Friday, Oct 17:
Art and photo exhibition “Our Cabbage – in drawings, photos and stories” opening;
Book launch by Katalin Benedekffy; classical concert by the Kolcsár family;
Reception for guests and partner towns.

Saturday, Oct 18:
Festival opening with street theater, horse parade, craft & cabbage fair, traditional cabbage-cutting, children’s games, football gala, live shows and concerts by Kelet Brass Band and Blahalouisiana, followed by a retro party with Radio GaGa.

Sunday, Oct 19:
Cabbage cooking competition, festive mass, performances, kids’ activities, book presentation, award ceremony, and concert by Magyar Banda.

All weekend:
Local crafts and food market, children’s attractions (face painting, inflatables, train rides, climbing wall), and traditional stuffed cabbage by Robi Kitchen.
