Candy Bar workshop at Boro Info

If you’d love to learn how to create a variety of delicious, eye-catching desserts for a truly special dessert table, this workshop is for you!

Throughout the workshop, we’ll prepare a selection of treats, including choux au craquelin, macarons, Bounty dessert cups, tiramisu, cake pops, muffins, individual coffee-flavoured desserts, mini tarts with English lemon curd, and mini Pavlovas with raspberry jam.

Our focus will be on flavour harmony, contrasting textures and beautiful presentation, helping you create desserts that are not only delicious but also the highlight of any dessert table.
