[ WHAT IS IT ABOUT? ]
Now we're squeezing the cheese out of everything! With the support of Arkäse, we invite you to an event where you will not only get to know the world of cheese, but also get a thorough answer to the question of what you can do with them in the kitchen. We know, cheese is delicious on its own, but there are thousands of varieties to choose from, so let's take a closer look. If you love cheese, that's just reason enough to be there - we'll even throw in some champagne to get the training and tasting off to a better start.

[ LOCATION, TIME ]
The workshop will take place at the Taste of Transylvania Gastronomy Academy in Odorheiu Secuiesc, located at 12 Vásártér Street, in the Junior building.
The training will be held on Friday 19 April, starting at 18:00.

[ REGISTRATION ]
The fee for the training, sponsored by the Arkäse cheese factory, is only 199 lei per person, which includes participation in the training, all the necessary ingredients and a welcome champagne. You can register via Messenger or by calling 0745-593 355.
