May 1st is the International Day of the Icelandic Horse.
On this occasion, the Ivó Icelandic Horse Farm is hosting its 5th open day.

We welcome all horse lovers and visitors to a full-day event with riding shows, skill competitions, and children’s programs.

Program highlights:

  •  10:00 – Icelandic riding carousel & kids’ show 
  •  11:00 – Pony club for children 
  •  11:30 – T2 & V2 competition (Icelandic horses only) 
  •  13:30 – Trail riding skill competition 
  •  15:00 – Flag race 
  •  16:30 – Pony club (kids) 
  •  17:00 – Beer tölt competition 
  •  18:00 – Try the Icelandic horse tölt gait 
Extra activities: riding lessons, kids’ programs, T-shirt painting, food, beer, ice cream, chimney cake
