Our story begins in August 2004, when four Italians inaugurated an Italian restaurant in the old center of Miercurea Ciuc/Csíkszereda. Today, San Gennaro is one of the city's most famous restaurants. None of this, however, could have happened without Italo De Michelis. More precisely, an Italian citizen who brought us a piece of Italy in Miercurea Ciuc/Csíkszereda.
