Visitors can step into the realm of pure flavors and authentic traditions at the ”Bunătățile Băciței” Local Gastronomic Point, right in the heart of Sărmaș! This is not just an eatery, it is described as a journey into the soul of Transylvanian shepherd cuisine, where the gift of nature meets meticulously preserved recipes. Here, every bite is said to bring back the taste of childhood, proving that the most memorable experiences are born from the simplest ingredients. The cornerstone of the kitchen is lamb meat, which is used to prepare unforgettable dishes, carefully spiced and following local traditions. Special attention is also paid to the treasures of the forest: fresh, carefully selected wild mushrooms from the surrounding woods—Boletus, Honey Fungus, and Chanterelles —enrich the menu, cleaned with care and transformed into delicious meals. The deepest flavor experience is offered by the rustic potatoes baked in embers, whose smoky aroma evokes the genuine, original shepherd fires. To complement these, the establishment offers its artisanal sourdough bread (pita), prepared using traditional methods, its taste carrying the warmth of a grandmother's kitchen. ”Bunătățile Băciței” Local Gastronomic Point  is presented as the meeting point for the delicacies of the past, present, and future. Páva Csík brings 21st century Transylvanian cuisine to Miercurea Ciuc. Our seasonal ingredients come from valued local producers, including the free-range lambs of Berke farm, raised at the foot of the Harghita mountains, and the fresh fish from Carpathian Fishing. Our warm dining room and spacious terrace alike welcome romantic and family occasions as well as smaller events, all with honest hospitality. Our guests also have their own parking on site. Our key partners include Berke Farm, Carpathian Fishing, Marble, Mo's Fresh, II. Gothár Enikő, Interserv-Molnar SRL, Zetabir SRL, and other nearby producers.

Our local gastronomy point welcomes guests with a family-like atmosphere and flavors characteristic of the Ciuc/Csík region. Our dishes are prepared from local, mostly homegrown ingredients, following traditional recipes. Guests can take part in communal activities such as baking lángos, cooking in a cauldron, or grilling, and they can taste local delicacies such as pork feast specialties, crispy pork knuckle, trout, and many other mouthwatering dishes. Since all of our pools are heated, pleasant relaxation is guaranteed for the whole family at any time of the year.   Ski & Bob Tracks: -Blue slope: 800 m, -Red slope: 700 m, Bob track: 1200 + 600 m The slopes are located at an altitude of 900–1060 m, with a vertical drop of 160 m. We offer platter lifts and two-person drag lifts, while the bob track has its own lift. The bob can be used from the age of 3, reaching speeds of up to 45 km/h – adrenaline guaranteed in every season.

Anadis Restaurant, located at the exit of Toplița towards Reghin, is the ideal place to enjoy high-quality traditional dishes as well as modern cuisine, experience our hospitality, and benefit from impeccable service – especially when passing through our beautiful region. The most visited restaurant in the area has been delighting guests’ taste buds for over 12 years. Starting with a capacity of 50 seats, it has grown to include a 120-seat à la carte dining hall, a 250-seat event hall, a summer garden with a stunning view, and a spacious parking area.

Robi Kitchen began operations in Gheorgheni on September 15, 2008. Its activities primarily focus on hospitality establishments that do not have their own fully equipped and independently operating kitchen. By order, Robi Kitchen provides catering services for various events – weddings, christenings, festive dinners, business meetings, and other occasions – for both private individuals and companies, as well as public institutions.  Additionally, in response to the growing demand in Gyergyószentmiklós, it also offers a varied and balanced daily menu. All services are provided in accordance with the regulations and standards of the European Union, ensuring quality, food safety, and professionalism.
