Oxygen Ski

The Csipike, Miklós and Kossuth ski slopes are located on the eastern edge of Harghita Băi resort, near the Balu Adventure Park. The ski area has 5 different difficulty slopes, served by 3 ski lifts. The Csipike and Miklós slopes have a nocturnal facility that runs from 19:00 until 21:00, provided there is a minimum number of skiers on the slopes. On these slopes, you first descend on the slopes, then climb with the ski lifts! The ski season depends on the natural snow and is between December and March, sometimes until May. Snow guns just add an extra layer on the slopes. Snowtubing is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you are planning to go to Harghita-Mădăraș/Madarasi-Hargita, please note the following: • It is mandatory for everyone to use good winter tires and snow chains! Drive carefully! This road isn't recommended to inexperienced drivers. • Driving uphill is possible from 9:00 to 14:00. Heavy downhill traffic between 14:00 and 17:30. Do not use the roads to go up in this period. At Harghita Mădăraș/Madarasi Hargita you can ski on 5 slopes with different difficulty levels, served by three ski-lifts. Thus, we have: 1. Beginners (Súgó Öcsike) - light, 100 m, served by the ski lift 2. Blue slope (Kicsi Mihály or Mihai Mic) - easy, 1800 m, served by ski lift 3. Red (Súgó) - medium, 1500 m, served by ski lift 4. The black slope (Nagy Mihály or Mihai Mare) - difficult, 600 m, served by ski lift 5. Beginner's slope of 1200 meters length, 400-meter blue slope, illuminated. It is near DN 13B, 30 km from Gheorgheni and 22 km from Praid,  20 places of accommodation category ** with the possibility of self-management or full service in the slope complex, approx. 300 places of different categories in the Bucin Pass area within 3 km. Ski services: equipment rental center, ski instructors. Complementary activities: snowmobile rental, snowtubing, sledding.

Lovers of  winter sports can also find what they are looking for with us, you can rent both ski equipment and sledges in our rental office. In addition to the ski slope, there is also a 100-meter-long toboggan run for the little ones, where even adults can indulge in one of our favorite winter pastimes from childhood. The warming room at the foot of our ski slope awaits guests all day long with delicious mulled wine, hot tea made from wild-collected tea grass, and home-made fatty bread. Instruction is only done with the approval of Lobogó management. The ski rental located within our facility offers a complete range of ski equipment in all sizes, including ski boots, skis, ski poles, and helmets. Additionally, suitable sleds can be rented for the sled track. Our ski rental is located at the end of the ski and sled track. Unfortunately there is no snowboard rental.
