The Iolimex company was founded in 1992 whit private capital and dealing with food trade. After 6 years the company’s activity was extended with mustard and sauce producing facility. In 2010 the company launched its newest product, the „Ábel Sekler Mustard” that is based on a secret and unique recipe and received the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in the same year.

The alpine honey is made with the nectar of the plants from the rich and diverse raspberry fields from Transylvania's mountains and downs. We can say with calm that all these plants are herbs. These products made by reliable producers with bio qualification are very popular at the traditional food fairs. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark in 2016 with 10 products.

Szász Ilyés, independent entrepreneur is dealing with apiary. By selling their products directly to consumers, their scale of his products was enlarged. Mr. Szász got the certification for organic products for 350 beehives and 1,24 hectare bee pasture in 2009. In 2010 he got the right for PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 17 products in 2010.

Mr. Portik Sándor started his activity of beekeeping in 2004, when he bought his first 2 beehives, and then he increased their number and reached gradually 76 hives today. Starting from 2013 his apiary products were qualified as organic products. He got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT for 3 apiary products in 2013.

Lajos F. Ferenc gained his professional experience from his father. His family deals with beekeeping for generations. In 2004 participated in a professional training in beekeeping. At the moment he deals with 150 beehives and his method is strictly based on traditions. In 2012 his products were qualified as organic products. The trademark of PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT was approved for 6 products in 2010, and for another 6 products in 2013.

Mr. Ferenc Búzás bought his first beehives in 2002, that he increased every year, reaching gradually to 180 hives today. Since 2009, 50 beehives are in conversion period for accreditation as bio beekeeper. He got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT for 7 honey products in 2011.

Mózes Alpár independent entrepreneur’s farmland was founded in 2005 in the village Chinuşu (Kénos) belonging to the settlement Mereşti (Homoródszentmárton) from Harghita County. In the beginnings they dealt with supplying the consumers with fresh meat and dairy products in their family pension. Over the years their activity expanded, nowadays they are farming on a 18 hectare field dealing with fruit, vegetables and livestock production. Their products are produced from materials obtained on their farm. They have acquired the right of using the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 16 products in 2012.

The Odorhei Sausage Shop makes its products with natural raw materials and spices and tradicional Sekler recipes. On the product's list there is: traditional Sekler sausage, Lemon Chinușu Sausage, the buffalo strong Sekler kiss, naked sausage and paprika sausage. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark in 2017 with 17 products.

The main activity of the company is the production and sale of traditional, home-made meat products. The products are prepared according to old recipes from Upper Ciuc area, from excellent quality primary materials, using traditional and natural spices. The entrepreneurship got its right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 7 meat products.
