The exceptional quality of our products is greatly influenced by the natural conditions provided by the mountainous region, clean water, and air. One of the biggest challenges of the 21st century, i.e., the present, is that premium quality food products should reach the consumer's table from controlled, clean sources, using cutting-edge technology, eco-friendly methods, and with minimal environmental impact. This was the goal set by the Berke Group when it modernized the game processing plant acquired in 2019. After three years of construction and modernization, it has created one of the most modern processing units in Romania, located in one of Central and Eastern Europe's most natural areas, implementing the most innovative processing and food industry technologies, renewable energy sources, and using natural raw materials. Our company, which deals with processing game, lamb, mangalica, and pork, is located in a picturesque place, in the heart of Transylvania, in Ivó, at the foot of Hargita. Meat processing, production, and packaging of finished products take place in a renovated and newly built environment, thanks to the dedicated work of nearly 40 specialists with several years of experience. From farm to table The exceptional quality of our products is greatly influenced by the natural conditions provided by the mountainous region, clean water, and air. For this reason, we are able to provide our customers with exceptional quality HALAL meat in both small and large quantities. We obtained the right to use the Szekler Product trademark in 2024 for 10 of our products. In 2024, we obtained the right of use of the optional quality terms Mountain Product for 41 products.

Tasting the manufactured beers, knowing and loving them, you get acquainted with rich savours and experiences, which cannot be offered by wholesale beers.

Helyénvaló Local Shop is a local food hub built on a short food supply chain, located in the heart of Odorheiu Secuiesc. Our mission is to connect small-scale local producers with customers, making it easier for traditional local products to find their way from the producer to the table. As a social enterprise, we work to strengthen the local economy, support the sustainability of small producers, and preserve the region’s gastronomic heritage. Helyénvaló was envisioned and is operated by the Civitas Foundation for Civil Society.

The And-Var Mézes company has as main scope to produce simple traditional gingerbread with different flavors. The products are sold at different fairs and in grocery stores from nearby, but can be also requested as custom-made. The company got its right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT for 7 products in 2011.

INTERCOM Ltd company was established in Gheorgheni in 1994. A new area of activity was launched within the company in 2010 by making „Sekler Stuffed Cabbages”, an authentic product without any preservatives. Almost ninety percent of the production pocess is manual, ensuring further product quality. The company got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for „Sekler Stuffed Cabbage” product in 2011.

The Spicul Ltd. took over the brandy producing from the family business in 2015 and began bottling and selling the brandy. The brandy is sold under the name „Péter Pál szilvórium”. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark in 2016 with one product.

The M. Comex company was established in 1991 in order to produce distilled plum brandy from plums collected in Cașin / Kászon region. It got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for „Székely szikra” brandy in 2013.

The FITO-BAU Ltd. Company, being established in 2003, started its activity with dried medicinal plants and tincture preparation. Later the company switched its activity to making fruit brandies. It got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 10 products in 2011
