Borsec Street Food's motto: Respect the past, live the present, trust the future!
Street food is not a modern-day craze; our grandparents also ate outdoors while working in the fields.
We believe that the warmth and spirit of fire bring people together. That is why we grill our meats over an open flame and charcoal embers. Our bread and dough-based products are made in the traditional way, without flavor enhancers. The animals whose meat we use grazed and were raised here, in the mountains of Transylvania.
The taste of Transylvania is present in our cheeses as well! Authentic Székely products.
We add only the umami flavor and LOVE.
