In order to assure the product’s safety they operate a food protecting system, in the factories placed in Frumoasa and Cristuru Secuiesc. The inspectorial system runs continuously for every product. Every product is inspected if it fi ts the legal regulations and the data shown on the label. The analysis made under laboratory conditions searches for any physical, biological, chimical risk. They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with twelve products.

Bomilact Mădăraș Ltd. was founded in 1993 in Mădăraș, situated 16 km away from Miercurea Ciuc. The main objective is to produce dairy products, which are meeting customers’ special needs, and to encourage the customers to healthy nutrition. Their right for use of PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark was approved for 7 dairy products in 2012.

Attila Bálint processes milk from his own cow farm and prepares cheese products, especially matured cheese, soft-cheese and scalded cheese. Initially the company processed small milk cantities, then, after several vocational trainings, succeeded to process larger quantity as well. Due to the good quality and reliability, the consumers are satisfied with these products. The SZÉKELY TERMÉK/PRODUS SECUIESC/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark was approved for 4 products in 2013.

Ms. Ibolya Vizoli started her activity as a producer of fruit syrups and jams in 2010, and sells her products at the local fairs. She received the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT for 4 products in 2014.

Éva Vass and her family deals with raising fruits and vegetables for more than 20 years and for more than ten years they are trying to sell their products by producing jam and syrup. They offer their quality, handmade products on markets and fairs on a regularly basis. They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with 12 products.

Éva Széles deals with producing jams and syrups în large quantities since 2006 as a small farmer. She uses fruits grown în her own garden and forest fruits. She makes the products with a tradditional receipt, with a traditional method by cooking în caldron or pressed cold using black currant, plum, raspberry, rosehip, cornel and hippophae. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark în 2016 with 6 products.

The products are made based on a traditional receipt, with a traditional method out of home grew fruits and forest fruits. The plum and the rose hip jam are cooked traditionally in a caldron, while the cornel jam is pressed cold. The blueberry and the sea buckthorn syrups are mad e with a cold process. They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with five products.

Jolán Mózes produces traditional jams for eig ht years, which receipt she learned from her parents, grandparents and the elder people in Chinușu. The jams and the syrups consist of fruits, sugar and a little preservative. These are cooked or pressed cold. They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with nine products.

Mózes Alpár independent entrepreneur’s farmland was founded in 2005 in the village Chinuşu (Kénos) belonging to the settlement Mereşti (Homoródszentmárton) from Harghita County. In the beginnings they dealt with supplying the consumers with fresh meat and dairy products in their family pension. Over the years their activity expanded, nowadays they are farming on a 18 hectare field dealing with fruit, vegetables and livestock production. Their products are produced from materials obtained on their farm. They have acquired the right of using the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for 16 products in 2012.
