Teqball World Championship
About
Odorheiu Secuiesc/Székelyudvarhely will host the Teqball World Championship for the first time in 2025, where the world’s best players will compete in five categories.
Odorheiu Secuiesc/Székelyudvarhely, Romania, will become the international center of Teqball between December 3–7, 2025, as the city hosts the 8th Teqball World Championship. This historic town, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Carpathian Mountains, will welcome the world’s top Teqball athletes for five days of high-level competition.
All five official disciplines of the sport will be contested — men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles — offering fans a complete and elite showcase of Teqball.
This will be the first time Romania hosts the premier Teqball world event, marking a new chapter in the sport’s history. Odorheiu Secuiesc joins the ranks of prestigious hosts such as Ho Chi Minh City (VIE), Bangkok (THA), Nuremberg (GER), Gliwice (POL), Reims (FRA), and Budapest (HUN), which has hosted the championship twice.
The 2025 edition promises world-class matches, intense battles, and a celebration of Teqball’s ongoing international growth.
