Single-Portion Desserts Workshop – Creating Realistic Fruit-Shaped Desserts

During this workshop, we will create desserts that, at first glance, deceptively resemble real fruits. We will make apples, peaches, and other shapes that look like fruit on the outside, while inside they reveal delicious, harmonious flavors.
We will show how a dessert can be aesthetic, unique, and carefully crafted at the same time. Participants will be able to follow the entire process, from the basics to the final presentation, and learn techniques that lead to truly spectacular results.
