Have you ever found yourself feeling suspicious? Wondering whether your partner might be longing for something different, something more exciting?

Ferenc Molnár’s brilliant and sparkling comedy The Guardsman takes us behind the scenes of a celebrated actor couple’s private life, where jealousy and intrigue take centre stage.

The husband comes up with a daring plan: disguised as a guardsman, he sets out to test his wife’s fidelity while pretending to be someone else. A grand attempt to win her heart all over again begins – but, as in every great comedy, things soon become wonderfully complicated!

This witty and thought-provoking studio production comes to Ugron Castle, featuring two beloved actors from the Csíki Játékszín: Ágnes Márdirosz and Szilárd Kányádi.
