TRAFFIC LIGHT OR ALARM?
The place and reality of anxiety in everyday life.

Anxiety is present in all of our lives — but how we relate to it makes a difference. The lecture will explore when anxiety is a natural response, when it becomes overwhelming, and how we can better understand its function in today’s world. If you’d like to build a more friendly relationship with your inner tensions, this event is for you.

Pre-registration is required:

Participation fee: a 35 RON donation per person, which includes a coffee or soft drink. If possible, please arrive a little earlier so our hosts have time to serve your drink before the lecture begins.

We look forward to welcoming you!
