As part of the Open Farm Weekend, Kenyérműhely artisan bakery is preparing a special family-friendly Children’s Day program, taking place on May 30 in the courtyard of the bakery.
The main highlight of the day is an interactive baking experience starting at 11:00, where children can take part in the process of making bread and pastries together, gaining hands-on experience in the world of sourdough baking.
A drawing competition is also connected to the event, with a submission deadline of May 28. The best entries will be awarded during the event. The top 20 drawings’ creators, as well as the top 3 winners, will also take part in the baking experience.
The Kenyérműhely Children’s Day event offers a playful, creative, and experience-based introduction to traditional bread-making, while providing a meaningful family and community experience for all participants.
