“Smoke and Salt – Szekler Bacon Tasting” Competition

Two days where smoke, salt, and tradition come to life!
On April 17–18 in Miercurea Ciuc, Transylvanian flavors, community, and great atmosphere come together – with the best bacon tasting.

Friday: public bacon tasting (bring min. 1 kg, submit 10:00–12:00, tasting 14:00–16:00), local market all day, followed by voting.
Saturday: local market, children’s programs, awards ceremony at 12:00, and audience prize.

Location: Petőfi Street – Majláth Gusztáv Károly Square, Miercurea Ciuc.
