Join our cheesemaking training and learn the secrets of crafting aged cheeses from milk to finished product in a friendly, hands-on environment. The course covers quality ingredients, aging and storage techniques, and the proper use and cleaning of milking equipment.

Participants receive expert guidance from a world champion cheesemaker, practical workshops, unique recipes, cheese tasting, and lunch.
