Basics of Phytotherapy – Self-healing with Medicinal Herbs

This course focuses on healing, health maintenance, and disease prevention using medicinal plants and herbal remedies. It covers common conditions and the plants proven to treat them.

The phytotherapy course presents therapies by organ systems, with a focus on locally available herbs. Topics of greater interest can be discussed in more detail. Participants can ask questions and join open discussions.

Includes 2 × 30-minute online consultations (valid for 1 year) and access to a private group for further questions and experience sharing.
