In the footsteps of the aristocrats

In the glory days of the city, only aristocrats could afford to vacation in Borsec/Borszék. The remaining guest lists retained the names of counts, barons, high-ranking military officers, wealthy merchants, and ministerial officials.

The tour takes place in the form of a walk. In the meantime, on the archaic promenades and squares of the city, we tell about the bygone ages, customs, musical evenings, the pedestrian streets lit by torches, the brass band that blew the alarm every morning at 6 o'clock. About the atmosphere provided by the gypsy musicians that were present in every restaurant. We try to create a mood of nostalgia. The gastronomic offers of the restaurants also evokes the typical dishes of the 19th century.
