Tart workshop

A true dessert experience awaits all lovers of refined flavors and the elegant world of tartes! On November 14, the Boro Info Baking Academy in Odorheiu Secuiesc will host a full-day workshop led by Karolina Fodor Györfi.
During the day, you’ll learn the techniques of perfect doughs and creams, discover unique flavor combinations such as vegan and sugar-free chocolate tarte, blueberry mousse tart on a cocoa base, or the refreshing duo of pistachio and raspberry.
