The M. Comex company was established in 1991 in order to produce distilled plum brandy from plums collected in Cașin / Kászon region. It got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for „Székely szikra” brandy in 2013.

The Odorhei Sausage Shop makes its products with natural raw materials and spices and tradicional Sekler recipes. On the product's list there is: traditional Sekler sausage, Lemon Chinușu Sausage, the buffalo strong Sekler kiss, naked sausage and paprika sausage. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark in 2017 with 17 products.

Enikő Mózes deals with stock-raising and fruit processing since she was a child. Her family cultivates the lands, while she processes the yield. She learned at courses how to produce quality products and using this knowledge she makes fruit syrups, jams and products out of buffalo milk. She is an active member of the Secler Fruit Association, Sekler Kitchen Association and Sekler Handmade Cheese Association. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark in 2015 with twenty products.

Jolán Mózes produces traditional jams for eig ht years, which receipt she learned from her parents, grandparents and the elder people in Chinușu. The jams and the syrups consist of fruits, sugar and a little preservative. These are cooked or pressed cold. They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with nine products.

The products are made based on a traditional receipt, with a traditional method out of home grew fruits and forest fruits. The plum and the rose hip jam are cooked traditionally in a caldron, while the cornel jam is pressed cold. The blueberry and the sea buckthorn syrups are mad e with a cold process. They received the common right to use the SEKLER PRODUKT trademark in 2016 with five products.

The mineral water bottling began in 1952 in Sâncrăieni and continued in 1974, when the fi rst big capacity mineral water bottling factory was built, that is still the base of the Perla Harghitei Co. The company was founded in 1990. The SEKLER PRODUKT trademark was approved for 12 products in 2011.

The main activity of the company is the production and sale of bread and bakery products. The products are made exclusively of natural primary materials; the home-made taste is assured by wood-heating brick oven and by skilled specialists. The list of products contains, besides traditional bakery products, packed bread and cakes, whose quality is highly appreciated by consumers and by the jury of the fairs. The company got its right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for homemade bread “Taligakerék” in 2013.

Mr. Portik Sándor started his activity of beekeeping in 2004, when he bought his first 2 beehives, and then he increased their number and reached gradually 76 hives today. Starting from 2013 his apiary products were qualified as organic products. He got the right to use the PRODUS SECUIESC/SZÉKELY TERMÉK/SEKLER PRODUKT for 3 apiary products in 2013.

He participates in fairs, different celebrations of cities and villages, where sells and presents the preparation of traditional chimney cake and of fried dough and of pancakes. The company obtained the right to use the SZÉKELY TERMÉK/PRODUS SECUIESC/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for the Sekler chimney cake in 2013.

Éva Széles deals with producing jams and syrups în large quantities since 2006 as a small farmer. She uses fruits grown în her own garden and forest fruits. She makes the products with a tradditional receipt, with a traditional method by cooking în caldron or pressed cold using black currant, plum, raspberry, rosehip, cornel and hippophae. They received the common right to use the Sekler Produkt trademark în 2016 with 6 products.

The And-Var Mézes company has as main scope to produce simple traditional gingerbread with different flavors. The products are sold at different fairs and in grocery stores from nearby, but can be also requested as custom-made. The Szekler chimney cake from Ciucsângeorgiu is produced in a „simple” way, this being best known from our grandmothers kitchen. The company obtained the right to use the SZÉKELY TERMÉK/PRODUS SECUIESC/SEKLER PRODUKT trademark for the Szekler chimney cake in 2012.

Éva Vass and her family deals with raising fruits and vegetables for more than 20 years and for more than ten years they are trying to sell their products by producing jam and syrup. The Zsombori István family entrepreneurship started its activity of goat breeding in 2009. They process the goat milk at their farm from Calonda / Kalonda hill, where several dairy products are made such as: cheese, curd and cottage cheese.
