During this tour you will be driving your own dogsled with team of 2-4 huskies and taking care of and working with your team during the tour is very much part of the experience. As you arrive to one of the few kennels operating in the Eastern Carpathians, you will be welcomed by your guide who will explain the basics of mushing. Here you learn how to handle the sled and dogs, then head out on a 15-20 km ride to explore winter wilderness of the Eastern Carpathians. Slicing through cold, fresh air underneath crisp blue skies with your sled pulled by a pack of eager huskies is a hugely exhilarating experience.
