Turkish kitchen workshop

On October 7, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, join us at the Boro Info Baking Academy for an immersive evening led by Csongor Molnár, exploring the rich and vibrant world of Turkish cuisine.

Throughout the evening, we'll prepare beloved classics like creamy baba ganoush, spiced hummus, and Ramadan pide bread.
We’ll also dive into iconic dishes such as lahmacun, köfte, and Turkish rice with orzo.
The menu wouldn’t be complete without hearty lentil soup, refreshing şakşuka, and of course, a sweet finale: traditional sütlaç to crown the night.
